New retail and restaurant tenants announced; first phase 86 percent leased
H.G. Hill Realty Company announces new retail and restaurant tenants at Hill Center Brentwood, the $211 million mixed-use development that spans 17- acres at the prominent intersection of Franklin Road and Maryland Way.
Retailers and restaurants joining previously announced tenants include: Hemline, Paper Source, Francesca’s, Fab’rik, Jeni’s Splendid Ice Creams, Core Power Yoga, SunTrust, Holler & Dash, Noire The Nail Bar, Dress Up and Del Frisco’s Grille.
“After many years and a lot of hard work by our staff and development team, it’s quite rewarding to see our vision of a town center for Brentwood coming to fruition,” said H.G.
