Economic Impact:

Currently, Hill Center Brentwood is home to 41 office and retail businesses, employing more than 1,067 people. The center generated over $1.2 million of sales tax paid to the City of Brentwood, and in 2018 more than $800,000 in property tax revenue was generated, which equates to $343,000 for Williamson County public schools.

Phase II:

Construction is well under way for the second phase of the center. The approximately 92,950 square foot AC Hotel by Marriott will have 148 rooms and is located at the west end of the development abutting Maryland Way Park. Plans also include a 84,375 square foot office building adjacent to the hotel, two retail buildings containing 9,600 and 10,000 square feet, and a two-level, 315 space parking garage. A Paseo (pedestrian walkway) will be created to connect the hotel and office building to the park.

The phase two office building is 50 percent preleased, with its first tenant, State Volunteer Mutual Insurance Company, relocating its company to the new building once completed in early 2020. The additions will add 196,993 square feet to the current 237,828 square foot center, bringing the total square footage to 434,821. Once fully developed, the development will consist of approximately 600,000 square feet.
