CycleBar Maryland Farms held a ribbon cutting ceremony on Monday after they opened for business earlier this month.
According to a news release, CycleBar is a “Premium Indoor CyclingTM studio offering a high-energy, low-impact, full-body workout in a concert-like atmosphere.”
CycleStar instructors lead workouts set to an invigorating mix of music, lights and expert coaching, helping riders reach their fitness goals.
The studio will offer its riders complimentary shoe rental and towel service, a complimentary water bottle upon their first visit, filtered water, fresh fruit, as well as men’s and women’s locker rooms with showers and other amenities.
CycleBar already has four Nashville-area locations. Husband and wife franchise owners Brad and Trish Spivey have created H&S Music City Holdings, Inc. to own and operate the franchise.
“We are thrilled to have the opportunity to bring Premium Indoor CyclingTM to Hill Center Brentwood,” Owner Trish Spivey said in a news release. “Sister studio to our flagship location, CycleBar The Gulch, and CycleBar West Nash, our Maryland Farms location will offer concierge-level service to our riders from the time they enter the studio until the time they leave.”
Nashville Area Chamber of Commerce Chief Growth Officer Stephanie Coleman said that businesses like CycleBar that promote health culture and quality of life help to make Nashville and the surrounding areas a great place to live and work.
“On behalf of the chamber and the business community, we are just so thrilled to welcome this new CycleBar location in Brentwood,” Coleman said.
Brentwood Vice Mayor Ken Travis said that CycleBar is the type of business that Brentwood residents want to see succeed.
“From the City of Brentwood, we would like to say, welcome,” Travis said. “Because we’re so excited to have this type of tenant in the Hill Center. This is what we were hoping for as the Hill Center Developed.”
CycleBar offers pay-per-class packages and monthly auto-renewal options, with no long-term contracts necessary.
The 45-minute, low-impact class takes place in the CycleTheatre®, which features 46 bikes plus LED lighting, widescreen monitors and state-of-the-art audio.
Riders will be able to track their performance via CycleStats® and download the playlists used during their classes using CycleBeats®.
After class, riders can cool down with chilled face cloths while aromatherapy helps guests relax throughout the facility. All classes are designed to be accessible for people of all ages and fitness levels.
In addition to regularly scheduled classes, the studio will also be available for private studio rentals for corporate team building events, birthday parties, bachelor or bachelorette parties and more.
According to a news release, the studio is also able to give back to the Brentwood community by offering charitable giving rides through the philanthropic platform CycleGiving®.
For these types of rides, CycleBar will provide a CycleStar instructor and staff to facilitate the 45-minute class and access to the community room for a social gathering following the ride.
“CycleBar is a space where people of all ages, fitness levels and walks of life can come together in a judgment-free environment to not only better their health, but also their hearts and minds,” Spivey said.
