BRENTWOOD, Tenn. – Sept. 16, 2019 – H.G. Hill Realty Company’s phase two of Hill Center Brentwood is quickly approaching capacity of its retail space with the announcement of health, beauty and wellness tenants CycleBar, Clean Juice, Drybar and Pure Sweat + Float Studio. PetPeople also joins Hill Center Brentwood and will be located in the original center next to Puffy Muffin.
CycleBar, which opened its 2,402 square foot space on Sept. 3, offers high energy, low impact, full body workouts for people of all ages and fitness levels. The company was recently named Nashville’s “Best Indoor Sweat Session” by Nashville Scene and “Best Cycling Studio” by Nashville Fit Magazine in 2018. The CycleTheater, which houses 46 “smart” bikes, boasts state-of-the-art audio, video and lighting technology, all of which come together to create an unparalleled cycling experience.
“We are thrilled to have the opportunity to bring Premium Indoor CyclingTM to Hill Center Brentwood. Sister studio to our flagship location, CycleBar The Gulch and CycleBar West Nash, our new location will offer concierge-level service to our riders from the time they enter the studio until the time they leave. The studio will offer its riders complimentary shoe rental and towel service, a complimentary water bottle upon their first visit, filtered water, fresh fruit, as well as men’s and women’s locker rooms fully appointed with showers and other amenities,” said Owner Trish Spivey. “CycleBar is a space where people of all ages, fitness levels and walks of life come together in a judgment-free environment to not only better their health, but also their hearts and minds.”
Clean Juice, the nation’s only certified organic juice bar, serving all organic juices, smoothies, acai bowls, Greenoa Bowls and cold press juices, opens its doors Sept. 21 in its 1,214 square foot space. This will be the second location for owners Leah and Shane Bowen. Their first location is at the Capitol View development in the Gulch.

Drybar anticipates an October 25 opening in its 1,450-square foot space that will include 10 styling chairs and all the signature elements that define the unique Drybar experience. “We are pleased to open our second Drybar in the Nashville area in Brentwood’s brightest meeting spot,” said Sr. Director of Brand Marketing Maria Boschetti. “We are excited to be surrounded by so many other incredible businesses in this community full of energy and great culture.” At the core of the experience is Drybar’s dedication to over-the-top customer service and obsessive attention to every last detail, and the Hill Center Brentwood shop is no exception.
Pure Sweat + Float Studio, the nation’s first health and wellness franchise offering both infrared saunas and float therapy is opening late fall. The 1,600 square foot Hill Center Brentwood location is the second Williamson County location for franchise owner and Brentwood resident Meredith Lile. “Our Cool Springs location, which opened a year ago, has been embraced by the community and we are looking forward to opening in Hill Center Brentwood,” said Lile. “As a health and wellness enthusiast, I’ve experienced the benefits of both infrared sauna and float therapy and am delighted to bring these services – which are acclaimed by health experts, elite athletes, and celebrities – to health-minded men and women in Brentwood.” The inviting and tranquil space will feature five sauna suites and two float suites.
PetPeople’s approximately 5,000 square feet of space is scheduled to open in early 2020. Not believing that one size fits all, the store’s trained associates work with each individual family and pet to find the right products, food and accessories. Their pet-focused products and services include food, supplies, washing stations and additional services that cater to the health and well-being of pets. “We are eager to open our second PetPeople location in Tennessee, and are very excited about our new store in Hill Center Brentwood,” said Carrie McDermott, CEO of PetPeople. “We feel we will be a great fit to the Brentwood community.”
In addition to the new retailers, the upper and lower level garages are now open. Planning continues on the approximately 90,959 square foot AC Hotel by Marriott that will have 148 rooms and is located at the west end of the development abutting Maryland Way Park.
